Users review: Riddick saw last night and really enjoyed it. No, it's not a perfect movie, but I know it will not see Oscar contender! The action and special effects are great, the story is nothing we have not seen even great, and the voice acting is as expected for the genre. What does the lack of originality, having done up for in intensity. This is a wonderful movie, but it is action and violence nowhere near torture porn. Yes, you will have to stop a great deal of faith, but no more than any other action movie. If you're looking for a heartwarming story of humanity at its best - skip it. If you are expecting a modern retelling of 2001, than forget it. If you're looking for mindless entertainment with lots of action and realistic storyline, this is for you. |
